Roseann began her career more than 25 years ago with a Global Fortune 100 firm. She specialized and excelled in negotiating complex contracts – a skill that goes to the heart of her work as a mediator. Roseann has also been a successful entrepreneur and local business owner, and has accumulated several years of strong business operating experience.

Roseann brings a rare level of expertise to her profession. She received her certification training in family/divorce mediation and elder mediation from the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Roseann is among the few mediators in New Jersey and Pennsylvania to receive formal training in elder mediation. She is also an active member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators and the Academy of Professional Family Mediators. Roseann also was inducted into the Cambridge Who’s Who list of executives, professionals and entrepreneurs.

Because of her in-depth financial and business experience, Roseann is well-equipped to handle even the most complex divorce mediation cases. For example, she has worked with countless high net worth couples with unique investments and complicated assets such as family-owned businesses.

Roseann helps couples with complex financial issues put together win-win resolutions designed to satisfy all parties involved. When needed, she works closely with outside experts, such as financial advisors, CPAs, business valuators, real estate appraisers, and the legal counsel for the spouses to receive additional input toward developing a complete and comprehensive settlement.

Roseann is a recognized expert on divorce and her words of wisdom have appeared in the Huffington Post. She has also previously hosted a weekly radio show dedicated to understanding family issues. She is currently publisher of “Family Affaires” magazine (, a worldwide online publication and community offering education and support in the areas of Special Needs Parenting, Divorce, Health Crisis and Aging Family Members.

Roseann is also President of the Board of Trustees for CASA (Court-Appointed Special Advocates) for Children of Mercer and Burlington Counties. CASA is a non-profit organization that trains volunteers who are court-appointed advocates for children in the foster system who have been removed from their homes because of abuse and neglect.
